The University South Campus Development will be located on nearly 100 acres next to the University’s Community Sport Stadium. It is currently in the late stages of planning, with development anticipated to begin in the spring of 2026. A concept plan was approved in September 2025, which anticipates nearly 1100 housing units (mostly multi-family buildings) and 10-14 acres for commercial/retail use.
