Watermark is an announced neighbourhood in West Lethbridge, neighbouring Sunridge, Mountain Heights, Varsity Village, and Copperwood. An outline plan was released in 2023, including a variety of residential housing densities, multiple parks, and two storm-water facilities. The plans also include a school (Senator Joyce Fairbairn Middle School) which is already operational.
